Our pest control service involves
1. Pre-inspection of environment
Before we commence our pest treatment process, we perform a detailed pre-inspection of the environment surrounding your home or workplace, as well as the areas that will require treatment.
2. Pest control treatment
Taking into consideration the findings of our pre-inspection, we begin treating all areas that are prone to pest entry, nesting and breading.
Additional focus is applied to areas and zones that have been identified as problem areas. Examples of such areas are usually found in the kitchen, bathroom and externally, around hot water heating systems.
3. Gel bait deployment
Stage three is vitally important. Most people are unaware that the interior of their home or commercial dwelling acts much like a breeding incubator for cockroaches, spiders and other unwanted insects.
In particular, comfortable little spots, such as kitchen cupboards, bathroom cupboards and laundry shelving provide protection, warmth and the perfect levels of humidity necessary for them to breed and thrive.
Gel bait is applied to all wet or humidified areas within your home or workplace. Not only does this exterminate them, it prevents breeding.
4. Dust blowing
Don’t worry, we don’t blow dust throughout your home. This process involves climbing up into your manhole and blasting a very fine powder in the area between your roof and your ceiling.
The powder then gently falls and settles between your walls and all exposed internal cavities. Although it’s harmless to humans and pets, it’s a very efficient killer of cockroaches, ants, silverfish and spiders.
5. Crack and Crevice Dusting
As already explained, the dust we deploy in your roof cavity is an effective insect killer. Although it’s safe to humans, it’s not something we’d contemplate blowing all over your plates, dishes and cutlery.
For this reason, this stage involves gently hand dusting the powder:
- Around all other cupboards,
- Under your stove,
- Under your oven, and
- Under your fridge.
6. Barrier spraying
Using our pressurised cylinder, we apply our barrier spray around the exterior of your home. As its name suggests, this special solution forms a protective barrier around the circumference of your dwelling.
When uninvited guests try to enter your home or office — and come in contact with it — unfortunately for them, they won’t have long to live.
Finally, we apply this spray internally as well, but just around all skirting boards within the dwelling. It’s fast drying and safe to humans.
